Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Prepare for Pickup
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Once approved, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time for curbside pickup of the return items.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
